Hello and welcome, fellow Patriot...

If, like me, you're alarmed by the growing threat to the cherished freedoms historically provided to us Americans by the Constitution and especially the Bill of Rights, I hope you'll join me in helping raise the profile of this timely dialogue.

In 2004, my first book, A User's Guide to the USA Patriot Act and Beyond, was published by University Press of America. Alarmingly, shortly thereafter on December 14, 2004 Congress passed significant modifications to the original Patriot Act which further erode our guarantee of personal liberty in this country -- altering basic precepts upon which this nation was founded.

My next book, Democracy Gone, released in August, 2009, chronicles the threats to democracy we have seen over the past eight years.

A third book, Anatomy of a Deception, released in October (2009), examines the decision to invade Iraq from an ethical and logical perspective.

A fourth book, on the ethics of war, will be published in the fall of 2010.

Also in the fall of 2010, I will have seven articles on various categories of political thought published in The International Encyclopedia of Global Justice, issued by Springer Press in The Hague, Netherlands.
